Training: Basics of managing difficult situations in Institutions

The organization “Divine Child Foundation of Georgia is continually working to strengthen and support its employees. Accordingly, two days of training was conducted for the Divine Child Foundation of Georgia employees on „Basics of managing difficult situations in Institutions".

The training was led by Tinatin Mezvrishvili, Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist.

During two days, our team learned and improved their theoretical and practical skills in the following topics:

•  Identifying needs of children such as motives of problematic behavior and main directions of correction;
•  Basics of managing difficult situations;
•  Evaluation of difficult situations and anger management;
•  Positive strategies of behavior management;
•  Effective Communication;

 During the training, active cases were discussed. We want to express our gratitude to the trainer and wish luck to our participants.
